To help us manage, update, and optimize your website, please add team@bridgefractional.com as an Administrator user in WordPress.
Administrator access allows our team to make website updates, manage plugins, troubleshoot issues, install tracking tools, make SEO changes, and handle other technical updates needed as part of your BRIDGE services.
The process usually only takes a few minutes.
1. Log In to WordPress
Go to your WordPress login page and sign in with an account that already has Administrator access.
Your login URL is usually something like:
yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
or
yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php
2. Open the Users Section
Once you’re logged into the WordPress dashboard, look at the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click:
Users → Add New
If you do not see the Users menu, your current account may not have Administrator permissions.
3. Enter the BRIDGE Account Information
On the Add New User screen, enter the following information:
Username: bridgefractional
Email: team@bridgefractional.com
First Name: BRIDGE
Last Name: Fractional
You can leave the Website field blank.
4. Let WordPress Create the Password
WordPress will automatically generate a secure password for the new account.
You do not need to send the password to us manually.
Make sure the option to send the new user an email about their account is enabled. This allows our team to receive the invitation and set up access securely.
5. Select “Administrator”
Under Role, select:
Administrator
Administrator access gives our team the permissions needed to properly manage and optimize your website, including access to:
- Pages and posts
- Plugins
- Themes
- Website settings
- SEO tools
- Tracking and analytics integrations
- Forms and other website functionality
Please select Administrator rather than Editor or another limited role, as those roles may prevent us from completing certain website or SEO tasks.
6. Click “Add New User”
Once the information is entered and the Administrator role is selected, click:
Add New User
WordPress will create the account and send an email invitation to team@bridgefractional.com.
7. You’re Done
Once the user has been added, you can return to your BRIDGE onboarding checklist and mark the WordPress Website Access step as complete.
Our team will confirm once we have successfully logged into the website.
If you do not see the Users section, cannot select Administrator, or are unsure how to access your WordPress dashboard, contact your BRIDGE Fractional account manager and we’ll help you determine what access is currently available.
